This house lies 1 mile west of the village of Dale on the St. Anne’s Head peninsular. It is close to a number of delightful beaches and enjoys spectacular sea views, south to Milford haven and Linney Head and north to St. David’s and the islands of Skomer, Skokholm and Grassholm.
Being situated on a peninsular the house is surrounded by the Pembrokeshire Coastal path. It also means that the road is quiet as the only traffic is to the lighthouse and wardens properties, and this makes it an ideal location for family holidays.
It is a popular holiday home with families returning year after year. The property has been owned by the same family since the 1960s and so we are now seeing the children of previous holidaymakers give their children the summer holiday they themselves enjoyed in this wonderful part of the world.
